Check-in Time: From 1:00 PM
Check-out Time: Until 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests arriving early are requested to inform the hotel in advance.
2. Reservation & Payment Policy
All reservations are subject to availability.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required advance payment or booking guarantee.
During weekends, festivals, holidays, and peak pilgrimage seasons, 100% advance payment may be required.
The remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise or charge the booking amount prior to arrival.
3. Cancellation Policy
Individual Bookings
More than 7 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
3–7 days before arrival: One night’s room charge will be deducted.
Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% booking amount will be charged.
No Show: Entire booking amount is non-refundable.
Early Departure: No refund for unused nights.
Peak Season & Group Bookings
Separate cancellation policies may apply during Navratras, New Year, long weekends, or for group reservations.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days through the original mode of payment.
4. Child Policy
Children below 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Children 5–11 years may be charged for meals or extra bedding.
Guests aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
Extra beds and mattresses are available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
5. Occupancy Policy
Room occupancy is limited to the maximum capacity of the booked room category.
Additional occupants may incur extra charges.
6. Identification Policy
As per Government of India regulations, all guests must present a valid original government-issued photo ID at check-in.

Government-issued Identity Card
The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation without valid identification.
7. Couple Policy
Couples are welcome.
Both guests must present valid government-issued photo identification during check-in and comply with applicable local laws.
8. Visitor Policy
Visitors are permitted only with prior approval from the Front Office.
Visitor timing: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Visitors must register at Reception with valid identification.
The hotel reserves the right to deny visitor access in the interest of guest safety and privacy.
9. Smoking Policy
The Royal Ganpati Katra is a Non-Smoking Hotel.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms, corridors, restaurants, and all indoor public areas.
Designated smoking areas may be used where available.
Cleaning or damage charges may apply for violations.
10. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises.
Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable regulations.
11. Guest Conduct
To ensure a peaceful and family-friendly environment:
Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted.
Illegal activities, gambling, prohibited substances, and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct.
12. Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property.
The cost of repair or replacement will be charged to the registered guest.
The hotel is not responsible for loss of cash, jewellery, valuables, or personal belongings left unattended.
13. Parking
Complimentary parking is available subject to availability.
Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk. The hotel shall not be liable for theft, damage, or loss.
14. Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages may be restricted.
The hotel serves hygienic Pure Vegetarian Cuisine.
Room service is available during designated operating hours.
15. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, adverse weather, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
16. Governing Law
All reservations and stays are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Reasi District, Jammu & Kashmir.
